Degustador is operated by Hologram Systems (hologram.mx). This notice covers the use of and interaction with the Degustador mobile app and any services associated with it. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at support@hologram.mx.

2. Data We Collect

We only collect your phone number in order to send you messages and notifications, such as login codes and invitation requests.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your phone number solely to:

• Provide the service offered by the app.
• Send you notifications relevant to your use of the app.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data indefinitely while your account remains active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so directly from the app in the Edit Profile view by tapping the "Delete account" button.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request details on the personal data we hold about you.
• Request account deletion, after which all your data will be erased from our systems and any linked third-party systems.

6. Security

Access to the app is handled via OTP (one-time password), sent directly to your WhatsApp account. Temporary login codes are stored encrypted in our database and are automatically invalidated 10 minutes after creation.

7. Changes to This Notice

Any updates to this Privacy Notice will be announced via WhatsApp to the phone number associated with your account.
